When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, whether you are a homeowner or a business, your organisation if you give it, the site location, details of the work, and any photos or drawings you attach. We use this only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, and prepare and follow up a quotation.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use the information you share in the same way. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. Enquiries submitted through the form are processed by Formspree, Inc., which delivers them to us by email. Formspree stores data in the United States under appropriate safeguards for international transfers. If you accept analytics cookies, Google processes usage data as described below. We may also share information with our professional advisers or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don’t lead to work for up to [12 months]. Where we carry out work for you, we keep records for as long as needed for contract, guarantee, tax and legal purposes, usually [6 years] after the job is completed.
